Nautilus has served the Grayson county area since the early eighties and has established a solid reputation has as innovator for the fitness movement. Constantly expanding and adding new programs or equipment, the members of Nautilus have seen Nautilus grow from a small 4000 square foot single facility in Denison to two large, modern facilities in both Denison and Sherman. The Sherman facility occupies nearly 20,000 square feet, while Denison has close to 13,000 square feet.

Both clubs recently added the new “Nautilus Nitro” 30 minute weight training circuit and much more new equipment. Nautilus also is very well equipped with brand new cardiovascular and free weight equipment.
